Jayce's first client was his mom. She was a realtor, and in high school he started running her marketing. He quickly found out he had a knack for it, and before long other realtors were asking for help too.

He took that momentum to Virginia Commonwealth University, where he studied marketing while building a roster of real estate clients. Somewhere along the way he hit a wall: there's only so far that market can grow, and every agent he worked with was riding the same feast-or-famine cycle.

After graduating, he turned to contractors and saw the exact same cycle, only with crews and payroll riding on it. That's where Found & Forge was born. He focused fully on contractors, expanded into remodeling, roofing, custom homes, ADUs and hardscaping, and built the system that now keeps calendars full for contractors across North America.

Today Jayce leads the company, owns SEO and marketing, and builds every campaign we run. He's also the one who personally qualifies the leads before they reach your calendar.

Grace Corrigan

Employee Management & Outreach

Grace and Jayce are high school sweethearts, and now they're engaged. Grace started college at Penn State, made it exactly one year before deciding the distance was a design flaw, and transferred to VCU to be with Jayce. Penn State's loss.

At VCU she earned her degree in marketing and went on to run marketing in the food service industry. As Found & Forge grew, Jayce asked for her help, and she found her calling in managing the team.

Grace makes sure everyone at Found & Forge does their best work while feeling their best, and she does it in a way that builds people up. She leads our outreach and employee relations, and she can step into almost any process in the business when it needs a hand. The only thing she leaves to others is sales.

Thuy Senser

Head of Sales

Thuy and Jayce have been friends since middle school. Thuy is a fellow VCU alum who focused on marketing and real estate, and he went on to become a realtor himself.

Early in his real estate career, Jayce ran Thuy's marketing to help him grow fast and beat the odds in an industry where most new agents don't make it. As they worked together, Thuy learned more and more about the marketing side while his business grew.

He loved the sales part of real estate. The driving and the constant problem solving, not so much. As his love for real estate faded, he joined Found & Forge as a part-time sales associate, and that's where he really took off. He grew into a key partner in the business and has pushed our sales efforts further than ever.

Today Thuy trains our sales team and takes a good share of our strategy calls himself. If you book a call, there's a good chance you'll be talking with him.
